	Alpha - Explore The Meaning Of Life What is Alpha? The Alpha course is used in churches across the UK - and in many countries around the world - to give people the opportunity to explore questions they have about life. You can attend up to 12 thought-provoking weekly sessions, with an additional day away towards the end of the course. It is low-key, friendly and fun – and we'll be starting ours on Tuesday 19th September. Typically the evening starts with a meal at 6:30pm followed by a talk on the evening's theme. If you have questions there'll be a chance to ask them, and sometimes you'll break up into small groups to discuss an idea or thought in more detail over a cup of coffee! Subsequent talks will be held on Tuesday evenings - with the exception of the day away on Saturday 4th November. More details . . . Who is it for? Alpha is for everyone, but it is designed to be especially useful for those wanting to know more about Christianity, New Christians, Newcomers to the Church and those who need to brush up on the basics.
